Here are some tips to enjoy your Christmas and New Year break while avoiding holiday weight gain.

    1. Walk

We know you are only meant to enjoy your vacation by ditching your usual routine and trying out different things. But that doesn’t mean you can’t stay active on a vacation. 2. Modify your schedule

Just because there is a drastic shift from your usual routine, it doesn’t mean that your workout routine has to be abandoned. Try to squeeze in some time for fitness even if it is a 30-minute session. “If there are no weights available, do body-weight exercises,” says the expert.
